CROCHET PATTERN Ukrainian Heart Pendant

I designed this pattern in support of Ukrainian people and our homeland. You are more than welcome to make these hearts for a fundraiser or to raise awareness about the humanitarian crisis in Ukraine caused by the invasion of our land. Carry this Ukrainian Heart anywhere you go, just loop it through the side of your purse, key-chain, or a zipper head.

FORMAT & LANGUAGES:

• English, Ukrainian (Українська).

CROCHET LEVEL & SKILLS:

• Beginner
• Chain, slip stitch, single crochet, working in the round, increasing, decreasing, sewing.

SIZE: Approximately 2 3⁄4” X 2 3⁄4” (7 X 7 cm). You can use a thinner or thicker yarn with appropriate hook, if you want to make your heart smaller or larger.

TOOLS & MATERIALS you will need:

• Any fingering / sock weight yarn — a small amount of Blue and Yellow
• Crochet hook: 3 mm (D)
• Polyester stuffing
• Tapestry needle
• Stitch markers

GAUGE: 5 sc X 6 rows = 1” X 1” (2.5 X 2.5 cm).
