Hi, I’m Danielle Fowler. I’m a Realtor in Spokane, WA with my husband, Ryan Fowler. We started our business less then 18 months ago in our area. We serve both Eastern WA and Northern ID. I primarily do our marketing while my husband does many of the showings and contracts.

95% of our sales last year were from Instagram alone. Say what??? And that was over 17 million in sales.




Disclaimer: I have no formal training in social media marketing.  I am just an avid user of this application and saw a way to grow our business via the app.  I researched many things, followed many social media influencers and taught myself most of what I’m going to tell you here. 




When we started our business, I was 5 months pregnant with our 3rd child. Needless to say, I wasn’t doing many home showings. I was juggling 2 kids, a difficult pregnancy, and a new business.  I was desperate to find a way to help grow our business. And that’s when I started our Instagram @fowlergroup.   Weeks and weeks I posted with little feedback, wondering if it was even worth my time. And then one day, a message popped up. I’ve been following you on Instagram for several months. My husband and I are looking to buy. Can you help?”

And it never stopped after that.  Almost weekly, we get one solid week from Instagram. And what I loved most about it, I was able to do it all around my schedule: school pick ups, nursing a baby, between grocery runs and Ninja classes. I could stay up late in bed engaging with my audience. It was a wonderful discovery and why I decided to write this e-book. I love sharing what works for us and helping others grow their business.
