If you have patients who benefitted from the FREE "How Do You Remember?" handout, I would go a step further with their metacognitive skills.

If METACOGNITION is awareness and understanding of one's own THINKING, then META-MEMORY is awareness and understanding of one's own MEMORY skills. Consider these reflection questions to help make adjustments for better memory performance.
