Getting Started
In preparation for our call please have ready, or send me in advance your current eating habits for the past week.
We need to see how many calories, and macros you're currently consuming.
If you are not tracking foods, please start. If you're attempting intuitive eating, make a list of the foods you're consuming and we will be able to estimate your numbers of consumption.
In addition have prepared your current weight, your goal weight, and a summary of your activity level daily as well as exercising style / frequency.
To dive further into the micro nutrition aspect, including your fiber and daily vitamins through whole foods or supplements please book the secondary follow up call after implementing your new macros for at least two weeks.

Frequently Asked Questions
If I'm not happy with my purchase can I get a refund?
Please in get contact at any time if you're not satisfied with your coaching. We do our best to ensure all clients are happy and need to determine on a case-by-case basis the eligibility of refunds. There are no refunds on digital download products.
How does appointment scheduling work?
When you've completed purchasing you'll be able to login to your coaching account and can find out the next steps required to book a time for your appointment from there. If you would prefer a phone call, a Zoom, or a FaceTime session, that can be arranged.
Is it possible to buy coaching more than once?
For sure! You simply need to purchase coaching again and will be able to get access to another set of coaching sessions.
