if you don’t know me already, my name is Ashley, I'm a mother to two beautiful young kids, a wife, and work full time in law enforcement. Juggling all the tasks life demands of me is a job of its own, and I'm here for it!
I’ve been in the fitness and health world for quite some time now. I’ve been a yoga teacher since 2015, and in 2018 I started entering the nutrition world. Eventually getting nutrition certifications to help others… because, counting macros changed my life and not only did it give me health, but it also gave me confidence.
I’ve been helping others change their lives as well, and seeing all their progress is one of the best gifts I’ve been given. Being able to see strong women take charge of their health through the most demanding parts of motherhood is a blessing.
My goal is to help as many women as I can find themselves again by helping them build balance, strength, and vitality.
