My Why

I became an online coach because I wanted to be the support I needed when I started my fitness journey.


I am so passionate about getting women into weightlifting and want to help serve as many women as possible by using my undergraduate degree in exercise science and nutrition, CPT certification, and experience working in a physical therapy clinic.


My goal is to assist you for as long as you need and provide you the tools to be successful on your own once you are done working with me.

What's Included

  • Program: personalized gym program catered to your goals.


  • Progression: weekly program updates to ensure you are progressing in the gym.


  • Messaging: intra-week access to me via imessage to answer any questions, provide support, or give form video feedback.


  • Check-Ins: google meet check-ins to discuss how you are doing at the frequency we decide on.


If your application is accepted, we will hop on a formal coaching call to discuss my coaching in more detail. More information on programming, format, and pricing will be discussed on this call.

What is the difference between the services you offer?

1:1 COACHING

  • Catered Toward: beginners or anyone restarting their fitness journeys, anyone with specific strength goals, anyone who needs weekly accountability, anyone who needs help with progressive overload.


  • What's Provided: weekly contact with me, weekly program updates with weight selections, call check-ins by appointment, intra-week messaging for support and form videos.


*since more is provided and we are in contact weekly, this is a more expensive option than personalized programs.


PERSONALIZED PROGRAMS

  • Catered Toward: any fitness or experience level since this program is made with your level, life, and equipment considered. I see the most success with this program option for people who have lifted before and don't need extra assistance with weight selection, form, or accountability.


  • What's Provided: a call or screen recording discussing the framework of your program, a personalized training program based on your application, and supplemental documents covering supplements, nutrition, and more.


*since this is a program catered to you and we hop on a call to discuss it, the cost is greater than a pre-made guide but less than 1:1 coaching.


GUIDES

  • Catered Toward: anyone who is looking for a structured program to follow. Ensure to check the fitness level and equipment requirements noted in the specific guide description.


  • What's Provided: a PDF guide with pages focused on gym and nutrition education, form videos and descriptions, and optional supplemental documents such as habit trackers and pages for reflection.


*this is my most affordable program option because it is not personalized to you specifically.


How does call scheduling work?

When you've completed purchasing you'll be able to login to your coaching account and can find out the next steps required to book a time for your appointment from there.


Do you do nutritional guidance?

I do not program for calorie intake or macronutrients. I do provide the tools to calculate and learn to track this on your own but do not enforce it in my coaching. I also provide supplemental documents to educate you on the nutrition basics.


*I do not provide meal plans. Please consult a registered dietician if you are more interested in more specific nutritional guidance as they are qualified to give this to you.
