Important limits
UTF-8 plain captions only. No markup, STYLE/REGION, extended headers, transcription, translation, video preview/burn-in or compliance certification. NOTE comments explicitly skipped. Negative resulting time blocks export; unsupported VTT settings cannot silently disappear into SRT. Failed batch files require explicit omission. Watch the actual video before delivering.
