HOW TO PERSONALIZE IT

1. Open the PDF and select the Canva template-access link. Canva will create an editable copy in your account.

2. Select a sample photograph or video you want to replace and delete it from the page.

3. Upload your own media, add it to the page, and manually resize, crop, and reposition it to fit the existing layout.

4. Change any affirmation by selecting its text box and entering your own wording.

5. Add a Free audio track available in your Canva account or upload audio that you created or are properly licensed to use.

6. Preview the complete video, then download it as an MP4.
