01. Progressive Tension Release
For when your body is clenched and "just relax" makes it worse. Tense your body, then release. Let the cycle finish.
02. Orienting
For when your mind keeps scanning for threats. Slow head turns. Name what you see. Let your eyes finish the safety scan your brain started.
03. The Gravity Drop
For when you're wired but exhausted. Shake out the buzz, then fold forward. Let gravity move the energy your body couldn't.
04. Extended Exhale
For when your chest is tight and "take a deep breath" makes it worse. Inhale normally. Exhale slowly, twice as long. Signal safety through the breath.
Each practice takes 2 to 5 minutes. Grounded in polyvagal science. No equipment needed.
