This cookbook is a collection of recipes I have gathered to make my life easier while eating AIP. The idea of a one-dish meal usually means that the meal is like a stew, soup or casserole. While I love a good casserole, it can get a bit tiresome. I like when I have more than one thing to taste in my meal.
This cookbook incorporates two basic principles:
Your entire meal takes less than 15 minutes to get into oven.
The meal is cooked in one pan.
When we think of a dish that has multiple components like a meat, starch and vegetable, it often includes three different methods of cooking. You may steam the vegetables, grill the meat and roast the starch. That means I have to be in the kitchen managing all of those components AND doing all the dishes at the end. Ugh. Too much time! I knew there had to be another way. This cookbook streamlines that process so you have three distinct dishes inside of ONE cooking pan. Enjoy this collection of healthy, delicious and easy meals!
