How It Works

1. Intake: buy the tier that fits and answer the short questions at checkout.

2. Scope: I review your answers and reply by message, or we set up a quick call, to confirm exactly what gets built, the timeline and anything I need from you. Work starts only once you approve the scope.

3. Build: I build your app and share progress along the way.

4. Revisions: you test it and send changes. Your tier includes 1, 2 or 3 rounds.

5. Handoff: you get the finished app, the code, setup help and a walkthrough.

Timeline

- Starter Tool: about 5 days from scope approval

- Web App: about 10 days from scope approval

- Custom App: depends on scope; the timeline is agreed in writing before work starts

Timelines count from the day you approve the scope and can shift if feedback or materials (logins, text, images) are delayed.

FAQ

Who pays for hosting, domains and app store fees?

You do. Hosting, domain names, the Google Play developer account ($25 one-time), the Apple Developer Program ($99 a year) and any paid services the app uses are paid by you, in your own name. I will recommend low-cost or free options and help you set them up.

Do I own the app and the code?

Yes. The finished app and its source code are yours to keep. You can host it, change it or hand it to another developer.

Can you put my app on the Apple App Store?

The Custom App tier covers Android builds for Google Play. If you need iPhone or Apple App Store, message me first and I will tell you honestly whether and how it can be done for your project.

What if I need more changes after the revisions are used?

Extra revisions and new features are quoted on request before any work is done.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes, a full refund is available any time before work starts (before you approve the scope). Once the build has started, refunds are not available, but I will keep working with you within your tier's revisions to get it right.

Do you maintain the app after handoff?

Ongoing updates and support are not included, but they can be quoted separately if you want them.

What do I need to have ready?

A clear idea of what the app should do, who will use it, and any examples, text, logo or files you want included. The checkout questions cover the basics.
