There comes a point where you look at your life and quietly ask: is this actually mine?
Not the grief, not the loss, but the values you’ve been living from. The beliefs that shape your decisions. The unspoken rules about what you deserve, how you should behave, what matters. The ones that were handed to you long before you were old enough to choose them for yourself.
The Compass Within is a one-hour in-person workshop that helps you answer that question honestly.
Through a guided meditation and a structured values exploration, you’ll uncover what genuinely matters to you — not what you’ve inherited, not what the world expects, but your own true, chosen values. The ones that, when you live in alignment with them, make decisions clearer and life feel more like yours again.
What you’ll experience:
• A guided meditation to bring you into yourself and out of the noise
• A values exploration across a broad, curated list — instinct-led, not analytical
• A process to narrow down to your 5 or 6 core values
• An embodiment exercise to prioritise them and feel what it means to actually live by them
• A closing reflection and invitation to go deeper
You leave with your values identified, in your chosen order of priority, written in your own hand. That’s your compass. Everything else builds from there.
This workshop is for anyone navigating change, life after loss, a relationship ending, children leaving home, a return to work, a quiet sense that something needs to shift. No prior experience of coaching or personal development needed. Just a willingness to be honest with yourself.
