About Me

Becca Worthington is a grief coach, grief educator, life coach, and psychotherapy student based in Kent. She works with individuals navigating loss of all kinds — bereavement, life transitions, and the quieter griefs that often go unnamed.

Her work is rooted in lived experience. She has navigated the sudden loss of her husband, as well as the deaths of her brother, her father, and her father-in-law. It is this experience — alongside her professional training in grief support, hypnotherapy, EFT, breathwork, and meditation — that shapes everything she creates.

Becca founded The Be Worthy Studio to offer honest, practical, and deeply human support for people in grief and people rebuilding their lives after loss. Her resources are written from the inside — not from a textbook, but from the reality of having been exactly where her clients and readers are.

She believes that grief is not a problem to be solved. It is love with nowhere to go. And that with the right support, people can learn to carry it — and, in time, to reconnect with themselves and find meaning and purpose in the new chapter they find themselves in.
