Coming Home to Yourself: A 21-Day Nervous System Regulation Self Study Course
Coming Home to Yourself is a 21-day self-paced mini course in nervous system regulation — built on real neuroscience, delivered in daily practices that take between 90 seconds and ten minutes.
No equipment. No meal prep. No leaving the house. No performance. Just you, your body, and twenty-one small acts of coming home to yourself.
You didn’t just lose someone you love. Your nervous system lost its anchor.
Grief is not only emotional. It lives in the body, in the chest that tightens without warning, the exhaustion that sleep doesn’t touch, the arms that still reach for someone who isn’t there. In the fog, the numbness, the waves that arrive without warning and feel like they will never stop.
Most grief support addresses the mind. This programme addresses the body.
The 21-Day Nervous System Reset for Grief is a self-paced daily practice programme built specifically for people navigating loss. Every practice is grounded in real bereavement science, Polyvagal Theory, somatic grief research, continuing bonds, and designed to take between two and ten minutes. Nothing requires equipment, preparation, or leaving the house. It is built for the life you actually have. Even on the hardest days.
Over 21 days you will learn to stay with a grief wave rather than be swept away by it. You will understand what your body has been doing since your loss — and why. You will rebuild some of the safety that grief took from you. And you will finish with a set of practices that are genuinely yours, that work for your nervous system, on your worst days.
What’s included:
▪ 21 daily practice guides, one for every day of the three weeks
▪ Five guided audio recordings including the grief wave practice
▪ The science of what grief does to your nervous system, simply explained
▪ Daily reflection prompts and evening closing practices
▪ A rest menu for the days when everything feels too much
▪ A completion and reflection page to mark what you have done
The three weeks:
Week One — Finding the Ground
Safety, awareness and the grieving body. The smallest, gentlest practices first. Your nervous system cannot be pushed into feeling safe — it can only be invited.
Week Two — Learning to Stay
The grief wave practice. The ache of absence. Co-regulation and what your body is reaching for. The week that tends to change things.
Week Three — Carrying It Forward
Continuing bonds, sustained regulation, and the long road. Choosing the practices that work for you. Writing toward your person. Marking what you have done.
This programme is for you if:
▪ You are grieving the death of someone you loved
▪ Your body feels like it is working against you
▪ You oscillate between waves of pain and feeling strangely numb
▪ You reach for things to change how you feel and then feel worse for it
▪ You want something grounded in science, not platitudes
▪ You need something small enough to actually do on the hardest days

FROM THE PILOT GROUP
“Talking therapy feels like only half of the work. I would have really benefitted from a clear and comforting programme like this one. I have found the programme to be extremely powerful. It’s enabled me to talk to myself and my body with more kindness. I have the tools to give myself more grace and permission to feel the very valid feelings I continue to have.”
