ScratchJr cat in disguise worksheet

This fun cut-out activity that will introduce your kids to the idea of decision trees (and also help them practice the if – then – else conditional statement).

This activity resembles the well-known “Guess who?” game. The goal is to match the portraits of the ScratchJr cat to the right places. Each node represents a binary YES / NO question. Kids need to answer those questions to find the correct path down the tree. When all the portraits have their places, students can stick them on with glue.

There are only images (no written words) on this worksheet, so the exercise can be done by children who cannot read yet. Also, it’s suitable for non-English-speaking students.
This is an offline exercise and no tablets are needed.
