Who are you?

Hi! I’m Melissa β€” mama of four, writer, yoga and meditation teacher, and passionate advocate for living well with chronic illness.


For nearly a decade, I’ve been sharing my journey toward better wellness despite chronic pain, fatigue, and insomnia on my blog and YouTube channel.


After 20 years of unexplained symptoms, I finally discovered I have hypermobility spectrum disorder, along with ME/CFS and endometriosis.


Over the past 10 years, I’ve moved from moderate-to-severe symptoms down to mostly mild ones. Along the way, I’ve created and shared a wealth of free resources β€” from yoga classes and meditations to worksheets, courses, and books β€” all designed to help you feel more supported and less overwhelmed.
