The current value (if you purchased these resource separately is more than what you pay for any plan). I've got so many ideas for resources - I can't wait to share.
βI really love everything that you have for all of us suffering from this painful life we live.β - A chronic illness fighter
Hi! Iβm Melissa β mama of four, writer, yoga and meditation teacher, and passionate advocate for living well with chronic illness.
For nearly a decade, Iβve been sharing my journey toward better wellness despite chronic pain, fatigue, and insomnia on my blog and YouTube channel.
After 20 years of unexplained symptoms, I finally discovered I have hypermobility spectrum disorder, along with ME/CFS and endometriosis.
Over the past 10 years, Iβve moved from moderate-to-severe symptoms down to mostly mild ones. Along the way, Iβve created and shared a wealth of free resources β from yoga classes and meditations to worksheets, courses, and books β all designed to help you feel more supported and less overwhelmed.
Here, you can dip in at your own pace, picking the tools and practices that work best for you. Through exclusive updates, I share the latest insights from my research and personal experiments β everything Iβve learned through a decade of deep exploration.
And, if you love a touch of magic in your life, you might enjoy glimpses into my slightly magical fiction world of Cassia Moonglen β cozy stories where chronic illness meets a sprinkle of the supernatural.
I canβt wait to share it all with you.
NOPE!! I offer my experience and guidance in starting self-care, lifestyle interventions, working through sleep and pain management. Starting my favourite practice for so many things - Yoga Nidra. And much more.
I've been doing this journey for over 20 years. In the past 10 I've learnt so much, and developed so many resources, this is a bundle of my best work for you. The magic, if any, is you taking the tools and using them (and them helping).

π§ NEW: Early Access to the Finding My Own Pace Audiobook Series
Members will receive first access to each episode of the Finding My Own Pace audiobook β complete with bonus resources and early looks at the manuscript before public release on YouTube.
Be part of the journey and help shape the final series with your feedback!
You retain access for as long as you are a member. Much of the content is immediately downloadable, so you will keep that forever.
My resources are created for people with chronic pain and chronic fatigue. This spans many conditions. None of my work is meant to diagnose or treat conditions. It is supplementary and supportive to the work you do with your doctor.
If your doctor says to start doing yoga, I can help you do that.
When you need information to take to your doctor to let them know if something is working, the worksheets help you to do that.
Simple lifestyle changes can support our conditions and I provide guidance on that.
Nothing supersedes what your medical team tells you. But it may help you to advocate for better help!
Have a look through the "products" bundled together. There's the "membership" where you will receive your posts/updates. The "library" where you will get a heap of resources. And I'll add courses/products along the way. You'll find it all in your student portal.
Start small and go slow. There's no rush.
As much of the content is instantly downloadable, I cannot offer refunds. There is absolutely sure to be many things here that will support you in your journey. You may unsubscribe at any time and you will lose access.
This is the consolidation of my previous membership group offered through Patreon. It was messy though, I'd do posts through Patreon. Then give access to the resources through Payhip (this platform) and it got messy and tricky.
This is a simple way to share the journey together and give you all the resources I want to. In a super affordable manner.
π Your Support Makes This Possible
The Going Our Own Pace Crew helps me create more resources for the chronic illness community β including:

With enough support, Iβll be able to focus even more time on both β offering stories and resources that help us feel seen, understood, and encouraged.
When you join the Crew, youβre not just accessing resources for yourself β youβre helping shape the future of this work for everyone.
What are the free resources the crew supports?
Your support also helps me create low-cost/accessible resources such as
