Hi! I'm Melissa. Mama of four, writer, yoga and meditation teacher and passionate advocate.
For nearly a decade I have shared my journey to better wellness despite chronic pain, fatigue and insomnia on the blog www.melissavsfibromyalgia.com.
After 20 years of unexplained symptoms, I found out that I have hypermobility spectrum disorder. I also have ME/CFS and endometriosis.
Over the past 10 or so years, I have shared my journey from moderate to severe symptoms down to mostly mild symptoms. Along the way I've shared A LOT of free resources online, published several books and many, many resources (yoga classes, meditations, worksheets, courses and more).
I want to share the journey with you. Provide you with resources that will support you. In a very relaxed manner. No need to feel overwhelmed. Dip in and choose what you want to work on. Through the exclusive posts, I will share what I'm learning in my research and personal experiments. And everything I've learnt in 10 years of intense research and experimentation.

You retain access for as long as you are a member. Much of the content is immediately downloadable, so you will keep that forever.
My resources are created for people with chronic pain and chronic fatigue. This spans many conditions. None of my work is meant to diagnose or treat conditions. It is supplementary and supportive to the work you do with your doctor.
If your doctor says to start doing yoga, I can help you do that.
When you need information to take to your doctor to let them know if something is working, the worksheets help you to do that.
Simple lifestyle changes can support our conditions and I provide guidance on that.
Nothing supersedes what your medical team tells you. But it may help you to advocate for better help!

This is the consolidation of my previous membership group offered through Patreon. It was messy though, I'd do posts through Patreon. Then give access to the resources through Payhip (this platform) and it got messy and tricky.
