We'd like to invite you to join our Start with Self Love Challenge, a crash course in learning how to truly love, accept and take care of yourself. A positive, healthy and compassionate foundation for the year that lies ahead.

In a world that is constantly telling us we aren't good enough, thin enough, pretty enough, working hard can be really challenging not to fall into the trap of believing these (false!) messages and become disconnected with our true selves. We can be eating the healthiest diet, and have the most consistent workout routine, but if it's coming from an unhealthy mindset it will still leave us feeling totally lost, confused, unhappy and unhealthy. Body, mind and soul.

We've been there. A simple, yet powerful, core foundation to true health and happiness is what's missing: self-love.

We created this Ebook to teach you everything we've learnt, and how we practice self-love and self-care as part of our daily habits involving our thoughts, actions and how we nourish and fuel our bodies, that have completely transformed our relationship with ourselves, and the rest of the world, for the better.
And we've also included 10 of our favourite wholesome plant based recipes to help you get started!
