Killer Curves is an 8 week plan designed to ideally sculpt your muscle while burning your stubborn fat. I designed this full body program as an in-gym program, for intermediate to advanced levels wanting to take their training to the next level! I teach various training methods and schedules within this 8 week program such as: drop sets, triple sets, super sets, split muscle training days and a very detailed cardio program. You will be training 5-6 days per week, equalling 48 training sessions within this program.
