The construction records that inspection and test plans call for and nobody sells: thirty-four printable site records, each with a blank form and a completed worked example, with the acceptance criteria printed on the form, a pass/fail column, an NCR box and three-party sign-off.
Groundworks and concrete: setting-out record with second-person check, excavation formation inspection, compaction test record (per cent of maximum dry density calculated), piling record, pre-pour inspection card, concrete pour record, cube test register (7- and 28-day strength compliance formulas to BS EN 12390 and BS 8500), reinforcement inspection.

Mechanical and electrical: cable pull record, cable termination record, containment installation, pipework installation, ductwork installation, insulation installation.
Standards editions were verified on 16 September 2026 (BS 8500-1 and -2:2023, BS EN 1090-2:2018+A1:2024, BS 8666:2020, BS 1377-2:2022 and -9:2025, BS EN ISO 5817:2023, BS EN 13830, BS EN ISO 9972 and others); numeric limits are labelled as common specification values to be replaced with your contract's. Every worked example sits on the same fictional project as the ITP libraries, with at least one recorded failure and its NCR so you can see how a record should look when something is wrong.
