Activity Check Sheet Library - 25 Site Check Sheets, 232 Items, Matched Line-for-Line to the ITPs

A printable site check sheet for every activity in both ITP libraries - 25 sheets, 232 check items - derived line for line from the ITPs, so the criterion and the standard cited on the check sheet are identical to the ITP the client approved.

Check sheets that disagree with the ITP are the commonest cause of rejected handover records. These cannot disagree: each one is generated from the same data as its ITP.

What you get (26 Excel files):

• 13 M&E check sheets - E-014 to E-021 (LV distribution, containment, cabling, lighting, emergency lighting, fire alarm, small power, earthing) and M-022 to M-026 (ductwork/AHUs, heating and chilled water, domestic water, BMS, VRF)
• 12 civils, structural and architectural check sheets - C-101 to C-112 (excavation, piling, formwork, reinforcement, concrete, steelwork, drainage, masonry, flat roofing, screeds, dry lining, paving and kerbs)
• One combined workbook with all 25 as tabs, for printing a site set in one go

Each sheet: landscape A4; project header block (element, drawing and revision, ITP reference); Pass / Fail / N-A dropdown; a measured-value column so the record holds numbers, not ticks; location reference; NCR number box - a Fail is raised on the Nonconformity Report the same day and the ITP line is not signed until it closes; three-party sign-off (contractor, supervisor, client witness).
