I thought, "Wouldn't it be fun to have a Medieval Style wedding?" This piece is part of a suite that takes Medieval musical themes and packages them in a format that will work for the modern wedding. Beginning with a simple statement of the original Medieval musical theme, it crescendos to cinematic full-chords at the end. It could easily be followed by the Agincourt Hymn by Dunstable: https://youtu.be/a1OqJFwxqtw It would work well for the entire wedding party, just the attendants, or for the bride alone. Written in a canon form, sections can be repeated or omitted as needed to make the timing work out so the organist can easily end the piece when the procession is over. This wedding collection will be great fun for those who are into Bardcore, Renaissance Fairs, Tolkein, Cosplay, and all things Medieval fantasy!
