A Heart in two Halves is a coming of age novel, set in Lagos, Nigeria and London, United Kingdom; it follows the life and love story of an Afro-British gei man as he reconciles his identity with the social expectations of Yoruba men in Nigerian society of the late 1990s and early 2000s. This is a self-published, ruff-edition of the book. The proceeds of the book go to the OMATHADELE80 Trust, a personal trust for the writer Dele Meji, which with sufficient funds also disburses funds to other social and creative endeavours.
