The power of Yoga

Yoga is about becoming your own best friend. Aims to maintain overall balance in a 'I do it myself' kind of approach.

Well balanced mouvement, breathing, thinking, eating and relaxing are all 5 major factors for our health and wellbeing. Yoga shows us how to create and maintain all that within ourselves.

Naturopathy & Nutrition

Naturopathy focuses on balanced nutrition, life habits and many other existing natural health factors.

A good hygiene in life helps us to maintain the innate self-healing mechanism of our bodies, so wellbeing and balance can manifest. We do that with and through the forces of Nature.

Yoga essentials, the beginning

Yoga is the journey back home to yourself.

The moment where I turn my view from the outside to the inside

and focus on my own wellbeing.

Yoga invites us to meet and to get to know ourselves,

on all aspects of our being, body, mind and soul wise.

To know myself and feel good because I learn to move, breathe, think, nourish and relax myself better.

Yoga is even much more than that...

It's not a sport, neither a competition, nor a performance,

it's a complete system of self discovery.

A self investment.


Yoga at home guided by Laerke

This series of videos is like a workshop you can do at home, wherever and whenever you want to and even do it again and again.

Repetition is the key to mastery.

Find your own rhythm, do it when you can and adapt the practice to your own life.

Remember that even 15 minutes of practice is worth hours of lecture or conversation on the subject.

Practice in a calm environment, where you can listen to yourself.

What's the advantage of an online Yoga course?

You can do in your own rhythm.

You can focus on yourself without comparing yourself to a group.

You can do it as often as you want.

It's a lot cheaper than attending workshops or classes..

One time price that equals a few classes but still has guidance.

The disadvantages?

No group motivation, got to do it by yourself but that creates self-discipline, not a bad skill to master, so why not?
