MANUAL CROSS-DEVICE SYNC

Share supported records, checklist checkmarks, custom reminders, receipts and document attachments between activated devices using the same key. Sync after making changes, then sync your next device before editing there. Keep the app open until sync finishes. Deletions can synchronize too; sync is not a substitute for backup.

SEPARATE CLOUD STORAGE ALLOWANCES

• Cross-Device Sync: 72 MB synchronized-file storage per license; up to 20 MB per attachment.

• Windows Encrypted Cloud Backup: one current complete backup up to 72 MB, created and restored in the Windows app.

Using one allowance does not reduce the other. Keep dated local backups outside your device as well. For eligible JPG/PNG photos, Save smaller can reduce attachment storage; check that receipt text remains readable. PDFs and other unsupported formats are not automatically reduced.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER PURCHASE?

1. Payhip immediately provides your downloadable Quick Start & Owner’s Guide.

2. We create your personal license and email the key and activation instructions to your checkout email, normally within an hour or two. License delivery is manual; the guide is the immediate download.

3. Install the appropriate apps from their official stores and enter your supplied key. Do not buy again inside another app to activate this purchase.

Every device activated with the same key shares one cloud workspace. Sharing it with friends can expose your records and attachments and allow their edits or deletions to sync. Use it only for your household’s permitted devices.

A digital software license and owner’s guide are supplied; no physical item is shipped. Internet access is needed for downloads, activation, purchase verification and cloud functions. Local records can be used offline while license access remains valid.
