Made me stop using Jello powder and protein powder

This has totally changed how I eat ice cream and protein. Due to being lactose intolerant, I didn't have a lot of dairy free or lactose free ice cream options. They were usually expensive too. Now, I can have any ice cream flavor using lactose free milk for a way better price. Also, I love how I can get my last bit of protein in to help reach my goals. I'm planning on making every recipe in this book!

I still can’t believe how many recipes there are! I’ve made several and they are all spot on. It has changed my life lol like I never need to get a stomach ache from regular ice cream again.
