" I'M NOT STUPID ! " is a story inspired by a 8 year girl.  David and a neighbor were talking at the park
 watching her children playing.  A 8 year old girl came up to us and she said, " that boy called me STUPID!  The little boy was not my neighbors child.  We both told the girl she was not stupid and that she should ignore him.

On my way home the little girl just could not leave my head.  At home I took out my sketch book and made a drawing for the little girl and telling her how great she was!  I took it to her house the next day.  Her mother met me at the door.  Her mother was so thankful for the drawing.  It has not been easy for her daughter so a little drawing made a huge difference.  Proof someone cared.

I went home and made similar drawings for other people.

That night I started writing and drawing I did not know where I was going I just wrote and drew.

The first page was " I'M NOT STUPID !"  I wrote about my own experience and the pages just flowed out of me.I went to bed.  At 2 A.M. I woke up and could not go back to sleep.  Waking up in the middle of the night is common for me.  I wrote and drew more of the story.  I went back to bed after a couple hours. 

By 10 A.M. I finished the story, had it scanned, and created into an e-book.

This is my story.
