03 Registers: drawing register with superseded control, RFI and technical query register with ageing and overdue flags, correspondence register, hold point and permit look-ahead linking programme activities to ITP lines, subcontractor register with insurance expiry and RAMS status, visitor and delivery booking sheet, photographic record log.
04 Meetings and reporting: weekly progress report, progress meeting agenda and minutes (12-item standing agenda), subcontractor coordination minutes, daily coordination briefing, action log with overdue formatting, monthly client report, risk and issue register with 5x5 scoring. All worked examples sit in the same project week and cross-reference each other - the diary day, the deliveries, the photographs, the instructions, the RFIs, the hold points and the meeting actions all agree. CDM 2015 regulations and schedules were checked line by line on legislation.gov.uk before release.
