05 Records and claims: extension of time notice, delay event register with notice-in-time check, contemporaneous records checklist, contract particulars summary sheet, commercial meeting note.

The worked examples reconcile across the pack - the application, cover letter, tracker, CVR, cost report, change register and final account all carry the same figures. HGCRA sections, the Scheme timescales, NEC4 ECC clause periods and the JCT 2024 payment timetable were verified against legislation.gov.uk and publisher guidance on 16 September 2026; the pack notes the Commercial Payments Bill as not yet law.
