What does the program entail? How does a sample day look like?
Every day you will receive a small challenge. Some of the challenges are related to the mind, some to the body and some to the soul. All of these exercises are quick, they only take a few seconds, yet they are designed to increase your level of health and happiness immediately. The idea is to help you create a toolbox that you can dig into when you need a “pick-me-up” or a tool to feel better (or better yet: to feel great!) instantly. These tools are in my toolbox and I use them regularly. Reaching for and using them on a regular basis they create a sustainable and continuously increasing overall well-being.
Each day, you will also receive and affirmation that will inspire you throughout the day. These affirmations will keep you focused on your goals and help to sustain a positive mindset.
Daily Lessons and Exercises from the 21-Day Mind-Body-Soul Shake-Up! Program Book:
The 21-day Program is broken down into 3 sections. Week 1 is about Acceptance and Gratitude. Week 2 is focusing on Forgiveness and Letting Go. Week 3 is all about Gratitude, Future, Goals and Manifestation. Not only research, but my personal experience shows that these are necessary steps in a systematical order for healing and ultimate transformation.
Each day you will receive some information related to the theme of the week and the particular topic of the day. You will also receive an exercise to put into practice what you have learned. Many of these exercises only take a few minutes, but none of them take too long. You can continue these exercises throughout the program and your life. The idea is to give you new ideas, tools and resources that you can pick and choose from depending on your particular situation, goals and challenges. Some of the tools will be life changing, some will stick with you from day one for the rest of your life, while others may end up in the parking lot for later use. All of these are tools that I have tried and use on a regular basis. They aided my healing journey on a tremendous way and keep me happy and healthy. The goal is to try everything with an open mind. With the combination of these tools you will experience a magical transformation by the end of the program.
Nutrition and Lifestyle Tips and Meal Plans to Use and to Follow Daily
You will also receive a booklet on nutrition and self-care. You will learn about the basic, yet crucial principles of a healthy diet, healthy living, detoxing and self-care. There isn’t a diet plan you have to follow: no starvation or strict cleansing. However, if you were inclined to do a deep detox cleanse or perhaps a juice feast, you can certainly do that, there are meals plans for that purpose to use and a community to support you along the way.
