THE IMPACT OF ISLAMIC EDUCATION ON WOMEN IN NORTH LOCAL GOVERNMENT, OSUN STATE

This study examined the impact of Islamic education on muslim women of ede north local government, osun state .Allmuslimschool,teathers formed the population for the study.

The simply sampling techque was used to choose five secondary schools out of the existing muslimschool in ede north ,while the sample sizewas one hundred (100)including teachers,students and head of schools.the sample teacher  and students responded to the researcher prepared questionnaire.the reveal some of the  problem facing Islamic education in Nigeria,the research  for women involvement in education and Islamic education in particular some recommendation were given for the development of Islamic  education to enhance muslim women involvement.these were discussed under the major factor such as the Islamic education teacher s,the government and the entire public.
