The 5-Day Fat Flush is one of the powerful strategies that I’ve used over the years for clients needing or simply wanting fast fat loss. Simply follow the 5-day fat loss cycle as long as you want to hit your goal.

Following it for 4 weeks is a good guideline for most moderate goals of losing that stubborn 5-10lbs. But I would recommend to take a 1 week break of “normal healthy eating” after every 8-weeks. More for a mental break than physical.
