I provide expert one-two-one personal training and body transformation packages . I am committed to working with people like you who want to improve their overall health and fitness.

 

Whether you would like to drop a dress size, lose some head-turning weight, or get a beach body, Hybrid Body Transformation packages with Booths Fitness will help you achieve the goal(s) that are truly meaningful to you.

I want to show people how to get the most out of the effort they put in, how they can fit diet and exercise into their lives and how even simple changes (the right simple changes) can bring about significant results.

My role is to help people look, feel and perform at their best. My approach and ethos is based on changing habits and instilling behaviours to create sustainable results.’

The main reason that you should consider working with me is that I am consciously results orientated and everything that I do is about working with you to set realistic and achievable targets that will challenge you but also be very rewarding to you when you meet them.

I will work with you from day one to first identify your specific goals and targets, but also to learn as much as I can about your specific preferences, your exercise history, and the reasons why you want to make a definitive change in your level of health and fitness.

I will tailor a training program to your specific goals and get the results that you are seeking no matter what. I make sure that each and every one of your workouts is as productive and satisfying as possible, this keeps you more driven and motivated to push yourself further than you ever thought possible.

Low Impact Intense Cardio is a magnificent 8 week program. Featuring the best of everything Booths Fitness has to offer - music-led workouts with a focus on resistance, cardio and core in a low impact, and MOSTLY standing format. The exception is the option of using light dumbbells. You can expect toning, fitness, fat loss and strength to go alongside the many smiles and moments of joy you will experience.

This is a great bodyweight low impact cardio program that I'm sure you will enjoy. The Workouts include a full warm up and cool down session. I’m going to show you a follow a long workout you can complete with me within the confinements of your home.

This workout routine will hit your entire body and even though the session is low impact you will sweat more than ever! Whether your goal is to build muscle or lose weight, you don't necessarily have to ever step foot in a gym.

This perfect home workout will not only be me showing you the exercises, but I will also be working out with you as your virtual personal trainer! I will push you to finish! Do not give up on me!

You don't need an excessively long workout and potential for doing too much without any particular guidelines. These selection of low impact exercises based on movement patterns that you can hit any and everywhere.

Bodyweight cardio workouts are far superior to gym cardio equipment. Instead of thousands of reps of the same movement, no equipment cardio makes the most of your own bodyweight, for a more effective, dynamic, & functional challenge.

Booths Fitness offer fresh fitness tutorials, workouts, and exercises that will help you on your road to healthy living, weight loss, and stress relief. Paul will attempt to PUSH you to work alongside him during the sessions.
