Low Impact Intense Cardio is a magnificent 8 week program. This is a great bodyweight low impact cardio program that I'm sure you will enjoy. The Workouts include a full warm up and cool down session. I’m going to show you a follow a long workout you can complete with me within the confinements of your home.

This workout routine will hit your entire body and even though the session is low impact you will sweat more than ever! Whether your goal is to build muscle or lose weight, you don't necessarily have to ever step foot in a gym.

This perfect home workout will not only be me showing you the exercises, but I will also be working out with you as your virtual personal trainer! I will push you to finish! Do not give up on me!

You don't need an excessively long workout and potential for doing too much without any particular guidelines. These selection of low impact exercises based on movement patterns that you can hit any and everywhere.

Bodyweight cardio workouts are far superior to gym cardio equipment. Instead of thousands of reps of the same movement, no equipment cardio makes the most of your own bodyweight, for a more effective, dynamic, & functional challenge.

Booths Fitness offer fresh fitness tutorials, workouts, and exercises that will help you on your road to healthy living, weight loss, and stress relief. Paul will attempt to PUSH you to work alongside him during the sessions.
