Who I am - and why I know this works
I didn't find this work in a training course or a certification program. I found it in the wreckage.
A near-fatal accident. Burnout that stripped everything away. The loss of my father. In the space that was left, when there was nothing to perform, nothing to manage, nothing left to hold together, something cracked open.
And what I found there changed everything.
Before all of this, I was leading global teams. I was the woman who had built the career, hit the targets, managed the people, delivered the results. I was successful by every external measure. And I was completely disconnected from myself.
I had spent years studying Neuroscience, Consciousness, and Transformational Coaching. I understood the psychology. I could explain the patterns. But understanding them wasn't clearing them.
