3. We begin support

Once your form is submitted, we will review everything and contact you to begin service.

4. Monthly continuation through Square Hybrid invoicing


After your first month, ongoing service can continue through a simple monthly Square invoice. Or we can resend the Payhip link for payment.

Is this full property management?

No. This service provides administrative support only. All leasing decisions, showings, and financial transactions are handled by the property owner or a licensed professional.




Do you communicate directly with tenants?

Yes, communication support can be provided based on your direction and preferences.





Do you handle maintenance requests?

I assist with coordinating maintenance by communicating with tenants and vendors, but all final approvals remain with the property owner.





Do you create rental listings or help fill vacancies?

Listing creation, ad copy and vacancy support are available in higher-tier plans.





How quickly does service begin?

Service begins after your purchase is confirmed and your intake form is completed.





How long does the service last?

This purchase covers your first month of support. Ongoing service is available monthly through Square invoicing.





Can I upgrade my plan later?

Yes, you can upgrade to a higher-tier plan at any time if your needs change. There are additional “Add-ons” for the Starter Plan and the Growth Plan, contact us with any questions.





Do you work with properties outside of California?

Yes, remote administrative support may be available for properties outside of California. All services remain administrative only.





What if I need additional support beyond this plan?
