THE MAP
Ordnance Survey, Lancashire Sheet CI.NW, surveyed in 1892 and published in 1894. The sheet shows Billinge village, Billinge Hill, Chapel End, Chadwick Green and surrounding countryside.
PRINTING AND FRAMING
Giclée printed on 200gsm enhanced matte art paper using separate, higher-resolution production artwork prepared from the original 9,036 x 6,769-pixel scan. These larger production files preserve more map detail than the £4.99 screen edition. The complete historic sheet, original marks and fading are retained within the Redbridge Digital layout shown, with source credits. The reproduced scale differs from the original.
A3 is 420 x 297 mm; A2 is 594 x 420 mm. Framed maps contain an A3 landscape print in a classic real wooden frame with float-glass glazing and no separate mount. The natural oak-effect option is real wood with an oak-effect laminate finish. Outer frame dimensions are larger than the A3 print.
