Needs only a single hank (100 g) of light worsted or heavy DK.

A Basic Dragon. Created for those less confident of their skills, wanting a smaller project, or to get into the swing of the stitches before tackling the more complex Dragon Designs.

A single size scale, worked bottom up in the round, at a more manageable

9.5” (24.1 cm) Tall by 25” (63.5 cm) Circumference

Compared to Azure Dragon’s much larger -
14” (35.5 cm) Tall by 47” (119.5 cm) Circumference

… and no overlapping larger scales to contend with.

ll Notes and Tips ll

The Public Side of the Cowl is the Purl side. However, for ease of use, the pattern is written and worked from the Knit side.

All ICDD will “Stack” = the center stitch of the ICDD remains situated ~ stacks ~ along the same column.

There are some unusual st constructions and symbols. See the legends (pg 5) and linked videos and photos (pg 7).
