This guide is a PDF document which walks you through how to use your Zeebra resources. Your actual ECM Questionnaire and Communication Passport resources are interactive HTML files — this guide explains exactly what that means and how to get the best out of them.

An HTML file opens directly in your web browser — the same way a website does — but works completely offline once saved to your device. When you open your resource it will look and feel like a clean, well-designed interactive form. You move through it section by section, completing the questions on screen. When you are finished you can print your completed profile or save it as a PDF to keep in your records.
