About Me
Welcome to Zeebra Therapy!
I'm Emma — a Speech and Language Therapist with over 14 years' clinical experience and more than 17 years working alongside autistic and ADHD individuals. I'm neurodivergent myself and a parent of three young children, and I bring both professional expertise and genuine lived experience to everything I create.
I am the developer of the Social-Language Barrier of Emotional Communication framework and the Emotion Communication Map (ECM) — a neuroaffirming clinical tool that supports the communication of emotions beyond the limitations of language, because for many neurodivergent individuals, language itself can be a barrier rather than a bridge.
Everything in this shop is rooted in the neurodiversity paradigm, client-led practice, and a deep commitment to connection and shared understanding. You'll find resources exploring interoception, emotional expression, and communication — designed for clinicians, educators, parents, and carers who are ready to look beyond deficit-based thinking and towards something more honest, more human, and more effective.
