The lite version is a sample of the full ECM Questionnaire, giving you a genuine preview of the look, feel, and format so you can make an informed decision about which version is right for you and the people you support.

The full questionnaire is available in four versions — adult and young person (12+), children's (5–11), accessible and easy read, and parent and carer — each available to purchase individually or as a bundle.

A note about your resource format

Your Zeebra resource is an interactive HTML file. This simply means it opens in your web browser — the same way a website does — but works completely offline once saved to your device. You do not need an internet connection to use it.

When you open your file it will look and feel like a clean, well-designed interactive form. You move through it section by section, completing the questions on screen. When you are finished you can print your completed profile or save it as a PDF to keep in your records.

What you will need:

• A laptop or desktop computer (works on tablet or mobile but is optimised for larger screens)
• A web browser — Chrome or Edge give the best results, particularly for printing
