Frequently Asked Questions

How do I know which option is right for me?

Start with where you are—not where you think you should be.

If you want private, personal guidance, 1:1 Mentorship is a good place to begin.

If you grow through conversation and shared reflection, the Mentorship Cohort may be a better fit.

If you’re communicating in high-impact or leadership settings and want focused depth, the Message Intensive is designed for that season.

If you’re unsure, choose the option that feels most sustainable right now. Growth doesn’t require urgency.

Do I need to be a professional speaker or leader to benefit?

No.

These offerings are for anyone who communicates regularly—which is all of us.

Participants come from leadership, ministry, law, education, nonprofit work, and everyday life.

What matters most is a willingness to reflect and grow—not your title or experience level.

Is this coaching, mentoring, or teaching?

It’s best described as mentorship with coaching elements.

There will be guidance, frameworks, and practical tools—but the heart of the work is reflective and identity-centered. This isn’t about scripts or performance. It’s about alignment, clarity, and presence.

What does a typical session look like?

Sessions are conversational and intentional.

They often include:

  • Reflection on real communication moments
  • Gentle feedback and insight
  • Practical application
  • Space to process challenges and growth

There’s no pressure to perform or prepare in a specific way. You show up as you are.

Is this faith-based?

The work is grounded in values like integrity, clarity, and intentionality.

While my background includes ministry, these offerings are not explicitly religious and are open to people of all backgrounds.

If faith is important to you, you’re welcome to bring that into the space—but it’s never assumed or imposed.
