All four patterns - beanie, cowl, and two styles of mitten - in one place. These patterns for stranded accessories were inspired by the colours and patterns found in the beautiful feathers of my flock of hens. I have chosen a subdued palette of colours, from the Jamieson’s of Shetland Spindrift range, but these pieces could also be worked in a high tone palette or in monochrome; alternative colourway suggestions are given.
These patterns are ideal for stashbusting, as, with the exception of the background colours, they use only small amounts of each feather colour.
