HOW IT WORKS

1. Add rooms or tasks, quantities and estimated person-minutes.

2. Enter labor, supplies, travel, overhead, payment fees, target margin and minimum visit price.

3. Review the customer price. Try a different price and see warnings when it falls below break-even, your margin target or your minimum.

4. Add your business and customer details, review the customer preview, and download PDF or text. Internal rates, task times, costs and margin are excluded.

The layout adapts to smaller and tablet-sized screens. Opening local HTML files on iPad and Android varies by device and is not certified for this release; desktop use is the supported workflow.
