I believe that the feeling of being empowered after a training session far outweighs the benefits of training for appearance. Exercise for me is an outlet that improves my mental health, my sleep, my mood and my energy levels.

And that's exactly what I've created The Power Plan to achieve - my goal is to help you feel this way too! 

Exercising at the gym can be lonely, so alongside helping you fall in love with this style of training, my plan is to create a community of likeminded individuals who encourage each other to keep getting stronger. When you purchase this guide, you'll also receive access to the Power Plan facebook group. 

I’ve designed this programme with one goal in mind - to help you get stronger, fitter and fall in love with training; all the while gaining confidence and feeling empowered!

Over the next 12 weeks, you will also gain the knowledge you need to plan your own gym sessions moving forward. Each week’s programme is made up of five sessions:
  • 1 x Upper Body 
  • 1 x Lower Body 
  • 1 x Full Body 
  • 2 x Blast Sessions 
Within each workout you’ll find a combination of weighted and machine-based exercises that not only increase strength, but improve cardiovascular fitness too.

The different training systems incorporated throughout this programme will really challenge you to be disciplined in sticking to limited rest periods, fighting to finish those last few reps and as a result help you push yourself to be the best, most powerful version of you.
