The Power Plan - Home Guide
And that's exactly what I've created The Power Plan to achieve - my goal is to help you feel this way too!Finding motivation to train in the comfort of your own home can be challenging. So I’ve worked really hard to create a plan of quickfire workouts that you can smash in 30-40 minutes. They’re ideal before work, in your lunch break or even whilst dinner is in the oven!
As well as helping you fall in love with this style of home-based circuit training, my aim is to create a community of like-minded individuals who will encourage each other to stay motivated! When you purchase this guide, you'll also receive access to The Power Plan facebook group.
I’ve designed this programme to help you get stronger, fitter and fall in love with training; all the while gaining confidence and feeling empowered in the comfort of your own home!
Over the next 12 weeks you will also learn everything you need to know in order to plan your own home workout sessions. Each week’s programme is made up of five sessions:
- 1 x Upper Body
- 1 x Lower Body
- 1 x Full Body
- 2 x Blast Sessions
- A workout mat
- 1 x long loop resistance band
- A pair of light-medium dumbbells (e.g. 5-6kg)
- 1 x small loop resistance band
- A chair or step
The different training systems incorporated throughout this programme will really challenge you to be disciplined in sticking to limited rest periods, fighting to finish those last few reps, and as a result, help you push yourself to be the best, most powerful version of you.
