A Traveler In Discarnia

Second edition (zine form) released in 2015. Orginal released in 2013

for fans of poetry, noir films, afterlife episodes, and HP Lovecraft. Explores the idea of separating the myth of death from the factory that we might exist inside when we die. 60 pages, 12,000 words. Cover art by William Hessian (www.beardedbunnyblog.blogspot.com)

"You walk through the door. It has been roughly 3 minutes since you turned off the light to your bedroom. You are still laying there, motionless, all breath has left you. There are no flickers of light behind your eyelids, but your fingernails are still where you left them. No rust has anchored you as a spot to be cleaned off the face of the earth. Maybe you were always a spot to be cleaned off the face of the earth, but if so, you have a reprieve, at least for now. The walls are starting to crumble, like that flash-forward-photography project you finished in university. You did…..go to the university, didnt you? As everything crumbles around you, you start to wonder what happened to you. You can feel the last three minutes of your life, but what happened before then? "
