We all have those unique skeins of beautiful yarns, some hand spun, always with gorgeous colours.
What to knit with them is a difficult choice, we need a project that allows us to use every inch of it.
Vagas was designed with that thought in mind: if you can’t complete the motif that doesn't change the beauty of the cowl.
I used Mosa Mjúkull, a blend of alpaca and Icelandic wool and it turned out so soft and cosy!
With this pattern you’ll have some relaxing knitting hours and, once the project is finished, a wonderful gift for the knit worthy people in your life.
Yarn: Mosa Mjúkull, Malabrigo Dos Tierras, 100 g, about 170 m / 185 yds; OR: other aran weight yarn of your choice
Size: 86 cm circumference and 35 cm height / 33,9” x 13,9”
Needles: 5 mm / US 8 (or other suitable to obtain gauge)
Gauge: 22 rows and 13 sts = 10 cm x 10 cm / 4” x 4” (in pattern, after blocking)
Notions: Clip on stitch marker, tapestry needle
