This includes passing out links or allowing others to upload the avatar for you. File sharing, trading, or extracting assets from my avatars is strictly prohibited. Editing is permitted, as long as the avatar remains recognizable.

꩜- 3. Accurate Information: You must provide correct and complete information when purchasing, including for gifts. Failure to do so may result in loss of access to the product and a revocation of your license.

꩜- 4. Credit: If using the avatar in any public content (such as streaming, social media, or adult content), you must credit me as the creator of the avatar. Failure to do so may lead to consequences.

꩜- 5. No Copying or Replicating: Replicating or copying my avatars is strictly prohibited. While you may draw inspiration from my designs, duplication or creating a near-identical version is not allowed.

꩜- 6. No File Sharing or Leaking: Sharing, trading, or leaking my avatars to any third-party servers or communities (including VRModels) is strictly prohibited. Violators will face a DMCA takedown and a permanent ban from my shop.

꩜- 7. Avatar assistance: All of my avatars have a 30 day grace period; meaning you have 30 days from your initial purchase to receive assistance, via my discord server. Uploads are $5.00 in my discord server. I do NOT offer quest conversions at this time.

꩜- 8. Reselling: Do NOT resell my products, including assets, textures or the avatar itself, in any capacity.

꩜- 9. Refund Policy: All products are non-refundable. If you encounter an issue with your purchase, please contact support through my discord server, and we will assist you in resolving it.
