For iron-on patches, the general time and temperature can vary depending on the fabric and the patch material, but here’s a safe guideline you can use:

✅ Temperature: 300°F – 325°F (about 150°C – 165°C)

✅ Time: 15 – 30 seconds (apply firm, even pressure)

✅ Pressure: Medium to high (make sure the patch fully adheres)

✅ Placement: Always use a pressing cloth or parchment paper between the iron/heat press and the patch to prevent damage.

✅ Aftercare: Flip the garment inside out and press the back side for another 10–15 seconds to reinforce adhesion.

⚠️ Tips:

• Works best with cotton or polyester fabrics.
• Avoid delicate fabrics (silk, nylon, leather, waterproof materials) — patches may not adhere well or could scorch.
• For long-lasting results, a heat press is recommended over a household iron.
