in an old Romanian scripted garbled scrawl, Serafina is one of only a few who really know what

Pierre was up to. The story picks up at the inquest months later, with flashbacks to events

occurring at the time of his death. Riveting and a thoroughly enjoyable journey that keeps the

reader captivated from page one to the end of the novel.
